Small Group Training (SGT)
We provide diverse training classes designed to build strength, enhance fitness, and support athletes at every level. Our Small Group Training caps at 10 athletes.
SGT Elementary
Small Group Training- Elementary is group training designed to help young athletes learn fundamentals at a comfortable, supportive pace.
SGT Middle School
Small Group Training – Middle School moves at a quicker pace, combining detailed skill instruction with a deeper focus on rules, concepts, and game understanding.
SGT High School
Small Group Training – High School is a fast‑paced workout focused on advanced concepts, teaching athletes when and where to use specific moves—and which decisions to avoid in game situations.
Individual Workouts
Individual workouts are designed to isolate specific skills and reinforce them through high‑repetition training.
Specialty Training
A three‑hour session is offered on select days, combining skill development, shooting, and small‑sided games. Athletes are grouped by skill and ability level to ensure focused, competitive training. Look out for Presidents’ Day, MLK Day, Spring and Fall Breaks, and Summer.
Team Training
This allows teams to train together, with one hour of structured training followed by 30 minutes of shooting. Coaches can customize the workout to meet their team’s specific needs.
