Personal Training?

Small Group Personal Training at Hoosier Shooting Academy is a coach‑led strength and endurance program designed specifically for young athletes. Each session is supervised by a certified coach and kept to a small group size (What is limit?) so every athlete receives proper instruction, attention, and support.

Training focuses on age‑appropriate movements that build strength, improve endurance, and help athletes move better on the court. Coaches guide athletes through every exercise, emphasizing proper form, safe technique, and confidence while keeping workouts engaging and fun.
